The Phoenix, a River & Open Channel non-contact Flow Meter
The Phoenix is a non-contact Radar flow metering system for rivers, streams and large open channels. It uses radar technology to measure the flow from above the channel. The Phoenix is suitable for most open channel flow measurement applications.
The Phoenix can be combined with an IFQ Monitor to give a local display, 4-20mA and Modbus outputs, and error and total relays. It can also be connected to our web-enabled easyIoTmini loggers, for remote data access and email alarms.
The Phoenix system can also be solar powered and web-enabled, allowing continuous and user free operation.
The Pelican, is a Portable Open Channel Velocity Probe
The PELICAN is a portable battery powered electromagnetic water velocity probe. It is the perfect tool for river, stream or channel velocity gauging and logging.
The user interface for the PELICAN has been designed to be as simple as possible enabling users to quickly and effectively take multiple accurate velocity measurements. The unit is IP67 rated and is a sturdy build, this means that the PELICAN can be used in harsh environments, with the added feature of the waterproof encoder allowing easy navigation even with gloves on.
