Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meters - from Ultraflux

MINISONIC 600 and MINISONIC 2000 are the most up to date ultrasonic flowmeters available for the measurement of flows in closed pipes.

Using the latest "DSP" techniques and new probe technologies the MINISONIC will work where others fail!

The standard meter spec includes:

• a display of the flowrate and volume, of the direction and flow speed
• one 4-20 mA output, 2 relays, 1 serial link, 1 software for PC

New technology building on over 30 years of experience gives the user numerous features including:

• new measurement technology 'ESC' (or Echo Shape control)
• measurement resolution <0.1 ns
• higher amplification gain range and noise rejection
• ergonomic keypad and menu calibration, backlight display
• Additional 4-20 mA outputs available

Typical Applications:

• pipe diameter from : 8mm up to 3300mm (MINISONIC 600 up to 600 mm and beyond for MINISONIC 2000)
• virtually all liquids whether they are conductors or not, including ultra pure water
• measurement of clean water, drinking water, waste water, oil products, chemicals
• "difficult" applications including entrained solids, encrusted pipe work and foodstuffs

• Using intrusive probes (mainly for gas flows): the installation can be made under pressure without shutdown
